As soon as you know you’re planning an event, let me know! I recommend 2-3 weeks before (sooner the better!) so I have time to collect the resources I did to create your vision. Certain things like bouquets or mini columns can be done quicker if I have the color balloons you’re wanting!

When I confirm your date and details, I will send you a quote. Full payment is required day of the event, or sooner if you prefer! I accept checks made out to Balloons by Chandler, cash or Venmo. Iowa Sales tax is added to all orders.

NO! :) If you are in Dubuque, Iowa and surrounding areas install and take down (if you want a take down) is free! If you live outside the Dubuque area a $20 charge is added for delivery and another $20 for take down.

While balloons hold up better indoors, I will do everything I can to make your balloons last outdoors. I recommend setting up outdoor garlands the day of the event, avoiding dark balloons and placing balloons in the shade when possible.

Keep in mind, balloons don't like wind, hot sun and rain. I can’t guarantee they will stand up to harsh weather conditions.
